A:   All car number certification papers are signed by him. A request can be made for Carroll to sign a part, but there are no absolute guarantees.

Q:   What is the difference between an "original" and a "genuine" Shelby Cobra?

A:   All "original" COBRA'S come from the early to mind 1960's.  Continuation series COBRA'S are "genuine" Shelby COBRAS that are currently in production.   They can be ordered  to the exact standard of the originals and are called genuine COBRA' S.

Q:   Why invest in a "real" Shelby COBRA?

A:   There are less than 1500 Shelby COBRA'S worldwide!  That includes all years and all models of SHELBY COBRA'S. They will never be mass     produced and are therefore a scarce commodity. Original COBRA'S kept in almost any condition have commanded huge prices at car auctions.     COBRA'S not only hold their value, but appreciate over time.  Why buy an imitation that loses value when the real thing is available?

Q:   Clarify the Differences between Cobras, Shelby, and
Superformance:

A:   The difference between Shelby Cobra and replica "cobras" such as Superformance is substantial. No other "cobra" is built using the same components as Shelby. Only cars built by Shelby are exact to the originals and carry a CSX number, and have the right to wear the "Built by Shelby" I. D. plate. Shelby Cobras go up in value, all others go down in value, quickly.
